Comparing the effect of various whole-body vibration accelerations on counter-movement jump performance

Whole Body Vibration might be an effective modality to enhance physical performance. The purpose of this study was to compare the immediate effect of various whole body vibration accelerations on counter movement jump height, the duration of any effect, and differences between men and women.

Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that WBV might be a useful modality as applied during the pre-competition warm-up.
