Power Plate® Baseball Strength Worksheet

Created by NASM and Power Plate Master Trainer, Marty Miller, this program is designed for either in-season or off-season strength endurance training for baseball. Miller served as a certified athletic trainer for the Montreal Expos for four season. In 2007, Miller became the New York Yankees' first-ever Director of Performance Enhancement, where he evaluated and pre-determined musculo-skeletal injuries and placed players on a corrective exercise protocol while continuing their regular strength and conditioning programs. Miller's current client list includes players in the Detroit Tigers, Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations.
