WELSH RUGBY TEAM BENEFITS FROM VIBRATION TRAINING EXERCISE
Players from a Welsh Rugby Union divisional league team are amongst the hundreds of locals who are now making the Power Plate® machine a regular part of their fitness regime at ActiveVibe Studio in Caerphilly, south Wales.
