Awesome equipment

I want to start off that this is a great investment in my health. It's something my mom had over 20 years ago as she was aging with osteoporosis and she used it every day, along with a good diet and active lifestyle. She never had a bone fracture. Feet fairy

I am a nurse and spend the day entirely on my feet. In my career I have struggled with foot and hip pain trying all the expensive shoes and inserts. After only a few sessions on the Power Plate, my podiatrist could feel an improvement in my ‘floppy feet.’ I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

The power plate really helps

Since getting my power plate just after Christmas. I can say I am pleased with how it relieves stiffness & works the tiniest muscle groups. I have watched various videos offered me via email & have added more exercises to its use. My legs & butt are toned, & I can feel it working on my muscles as well as relaxing my whole body. Thank you for the emails offering exercises to work out other muscle groups. I do watch them & incorporate them into my routine.

Love my power plate move

I am on my power plate move usually every day. Still learning how to use it, but already feel better after I am on it. If I am tired I get on it for 9 minutes and am always ready to get up and go again. My husband also uses it 3 times a week. He likes it also. I asked my doctor about it before purchasing and he recommended it. He has one in his home gym.

Great investment in my bone health

I am in my late 60's with a diagnosis of osteoporosis and history of an osteoporotic fracture. As a retired MD I am committed to understanding the biology of bone loss and doing everything possible to reverse this condition and build the best possible quality of bone. I have had some successes improving my DEXA results by embracing heavy resistance training and good nutrition, but recently I decided to take things to another level by adding in vibration therapy. I reviewed recent literature and decided the Power Plate was the best device for me.

I have been using the Power Plate as part of my regular routine for about 2 months now, and though I won't have DEXA results to assess for many more months, I already feel like this has been a good investment in my overall health. I feel stronger and more stable with my balance, so that alone is worth the investment. I am hopeful that my bone health will be demonstrably improved also.

Pleasantly surprised at how I feel after using the MOVE PP

I just love my MOVE PP- I am amazed how it helps remove muscle soreness after a workout . Additionally it seems to help with flexibility- I have always had tight hamstrings and using the PP has made that tightness ease up considerably. I will be interested to see my bone density results this fall. However the other benefits that I am experiencing are so encouraging- and I feel so much better

Great addition!

The Power Plate® move was an amazing addition to my workout routine! I have RA, and in the past two years have had both knees and both hips replaced. I have a lower back pain every day, that eventually works out with movement…joints took the longest time to get back to normal… now I walk 5 miles a day and do some kind of resistance training workout every day. The Power Plate® gives me the flexibility too have more specific workout with a greater benefit for the time spent! And it is making a difference in my daily lower back pain… I will be purchasing the Personal Power Plate® for Travel! It’s amazing… I highly recommend it!

Power Plate Move with Stability Bars

I bought the Move to improve bone density after meeting with a fitness trainer to develop a plan for osteopenia. I have been following the Strong Bones, Strong Body program developed by Sylvie Patrick and find her easy to follow and motivating. I've noticed that my legs feel stronger already, and my strength training program is more enjoyable. I'll circle back after my next bone scan to report on results, but in the meantime, I'm having fun!
