Power Plate® MOVE™

I love my power plate move. So many great things to review. My carpal tunnel no longer is an issue. The drainage in my throat has improved. My knees no longer ache. My pelvic wall is stronger. My balance issues are improving. I use daily, except on Sunday. My health and mental state have improved greatly. My husband and son are using it also. I wish I had purchased this soon. I learned about vibration therapy from my son who does biodensity weekly. The office also has one of your largest power plate machines. Thank you for making these machines available to the public.

I have been utilizing my power plate for 3 months and I love it! It is quick and easy and I have already noticed that I am more flexible and my clothes are loser. I am looking forward to the next quarter where I try new exercises and am excited about how I will look for the holiday parties.

This is by far one of the best piece of equipment I have ever purchased! I felt it the very first time I got on it. I exercise regularly...resistance training 4 days a week, HIIT workouts 5 days a week, stretching 7 days a week and zone 2 workouts 6 days a week.

On my move. I can feel the vibration throughout my body and I feel so refreshed. I started with the portable version and upgraded to the move. No loss as I moved the smaller version to work so I always have access! Love it!

My wife and I received the Power Plate Move in mid-July. Since then, we have used it nearly every day.

We have experienced an overall improvement to our wellbeing. We started out at just a minute or two on the Plate each day. In my case specifically, I have noticed that my sinuses are clearer every morning. This started to occur shortly after the Power Plate Move usage. It has also greatly improved my lower back issue. I first learned about power plate at my chiropractor. I’m the youngest in my family and watching my siblings age I know I want to do all I can to be healthy, mobile and strong. I do it morning and night. My husband has also started using it daily. I put it in the living room so it is readily available, no excuses.

I really feel extra strength and like doing planks with it. Also improved balance as I stand on one foot.
